With 3+ decades of healthcare business experience and a dual degree in MBA and MD, Pankaj is a physician executive and entrepreneur. Pankaj holds a patent that assesses the risk of employees from unemployment. He also holds a patent that alerts the payor in real-time once a member enters an emergency room for care. Pankaj holds 3 other patents that focus on SDoH- addressing access to care, health literacy, and member-knowledge of health care systems.

Pankaj brings in competencies that include clinical and population health management, operations, strategy, change management, healthcare analytics, reporting, and collaboration. Pankaj has a thorough understanding of managed care, risk arrangements, capitation, performance profiling, outcomes management, pharmacy management, and PCMH concepts.

Niraj has delivered strategic growth and operational excellence across industries (Banking, Finance, FinTech, Technology, Professional services, Media & Broadcasting, eCommerce & Retail, Medical & Pharmaceutical, Public sectors) at startups, mid-sized companies and large corporations like Microsoft, Johnson & Johnson, Pfizer, NBC Universal, Dow Jones, Deutsche bank etc.
